Terms & Conditions

MuzikMakers.com/Owner - Luekbra T. Champion ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), provides music production, mixing, & mastering services ("Services") to clients ("Client", "you", or "your"). By booking our services, submitting audio files, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Deliverables:
Deliverables: The final deliverable is usually a high-resolution master file (e.g., WAV 24-bit/44.1kHz or higher); however, .mp3 files and other instrumental versions are usually made available, upon specified request & agreements. Stems: Stems (separated tracks) are not included in standard mix/master packages unless explicitly agreed upon in writing for an extra fee.

2. Payment and Refunds:
Upfront Payment: All services must be paid in full, or at least 50% in certain conditional cases, before work commences.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of audio services, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced or if the final product has been delivered. If you are unsatisfied, revisions are available.

 
3. Revisions and Project Completion
Included Revisions: Each project includes (3) free rounds of revisions. Additional Revisions: Revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at a per hour rate or per song.

Project Completion: A project is considered complete once final files are delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities and File Submission
File Quality: You are responsible for providing high-quality, properly exported audio files (stems) with adequate headroom (not clipping).

5. Samples/Content: You warrant that you own or have cleared all rights to samples, lyrics, and compositions submitted to the studio. You agree to indemnify the Studio against any claims of copyright infringement.

6. Credits and Promotional Use
Credits: The Studio (or specific producer/engineer) shall be credited in all releases (e.g., "Mixed by [Name]" or "Mastered by [Name]"). The Studio reserves the right to use snippets of the finished work for promotional purposes on our website or social media unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use the final product.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or in the courts of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, USA.
